Introduction
Preamble.
Whereas it is expedient to provide a general Panel Code for India, It is enacted as followes -
Title and extent of operation of the Code.
1. This Act shall be called the Indian Panel code, and shall extend to the whole of India except the State of Jammu and Kashmir.
